Wedding Cake Guidelines
Quotation Approval
Kindly review all details on your quotation carefully and ensure that all information is accurate before proceeding with payment.
Venue Conditions
Our cakes are crafted with delicate finishes and require a cool, well ventilated environment. Pretty Treats by Sannah will not be held responsible for damage caused by unsuitable venue conditions, including excessive heat, direct sunlight, poor ventilation, or lack of air conditioning.
Celebration & Serving Time
Once the cake has been delivered and set up, responsibility shifts to the client, venue, or event coordinator. To maintain the quality and appearance of your cake, please communicate accurate celebration and serving times to avoid prolonged display periods. Recommended maximum display time: 5 hours.
Cake Stand
Cake stands are not included unless stated otherwise. If a stand is required for your setup, kindly ensure that it is available at the venue prior to delivery.
Cake Cutting Guide
To help ensure sufficient portions for your guests, a printed Cake Cutting Guide will be included with your order and handed to your designated contact at the venue. For best results, please ensure the guide is followed when serving the cake.
Design & Inspiration
Pretty Treats by Sannah does not replicate cakes created by other bakers, as we pride ourselves on originality and creativity. Inspiration images are always welcome and will be used as a guide only. Every cake is designed with our own artistic interpretation and signature style.
Tasting Boxes
We offer a complimentary tasting box for confirmed wedding cake bookings of three tiers or more once a booking deposit of R3,000 has been paid.
Prefer to taste before booking? No problem. A tasting box may also be purchased separately for R750 and includes 18 mini cupcakes in a curated selection of flavours.
Should you decide not to proceed with your wedding cake booking after receiving a complimentary tasting box, R750 will be deducted from your refundable deposit to cover tasting costs.
